Our recent two-day HRSG and Hanger Support Seminars dated 2-3 December 2025, brought together engineers and technical professionals from selected power plants in Malaysia and Singapore for an immersive and interactive learning experience. Participants were enthusiastic, actively engaging with the speakers, asking questions, and discussing real challenges they face in their daily operations.
The seminars offered practical insights and hands-on knowledge:
- HRSG Seminar: thermal design, project information analysis, HRSG failures
- Hanger Support Seminar: types of pipe hanger & support, hydraulic snubber, pipe stress analysis and application, maintenance
Participants also explored product displays to better understand solutions for pipe hanger issues and joined a shop tour of finned tubes and the Legatest device, gaining firsthand exposure to updated equipment and technologies.
A special thanks to our speakers from Korea, Mr. J.S. Kim (HISE), Mr. N.K. Seong (Seonghwa) and Mr. James Bae (HFS), for sharing their expertise and engaging participants with real-world case studies.
These seminars provided a platform for participants to learn, exchange ideas, and take away practical solutions they can apply immediately in their work.
